Morning Coffee and Headlines

It's so hard to find actual news these days, let alone a place where conservatives can go to find some truth  about what's going on in the crazy day to day media frenzy that is the MSM. So I thought I'd  try to help by finding some trust worthy places for people to go to get the information they need. Here are just a few.

My favorite by far, is  Ace of Spades, it's an amazing blog that has a little bit of something for everyone, But if you want to start your day off with some good knowledge about current news, you definitely need to hop on over there between 7-7:30 am M-F. That's when  J.J. Sefton  usually drops his morning headlines. He does an amazing job of running down all of the topics of the day including a plethora of headlines for your reading enjoyment. Be sure to check it out every morning as well as throughout the day.

Here are a few more to check out

Conservative Review
PJ Media
Conservative Tree House
Twitchy

All of these sites really are a great place to start for information, especially if you are heading over to twitter to argue with all the liberals and ill-informed trolls. It's nice to have some facts and links to share some knowledge with them, even if they won't listen.

For me the story that I'm focused on this morning is of course the ongoing FISA corruption scandal. If you didn't watch the interview that Mark Levin had with Devin Nunes you really need to do that, it's a great overview of everything that's going on and some hints of what's to come.

TIME FOR THE LEADER TO START LEADING

The democrats continue to delay judicial appointments and it appears that Mitch McConnell is letting them get away with it.

It's time for us to start lighting up the phones over at the Capital and let him know that we want him to force the rule and make the democrats actually stand up and talk for 30 hours, or change the rule altogether

Check out this article from Polizette explaining exactly what's going on with the judicial nominees.

Here is the contact information for McConnell
